The platform helps individuals who want to prepare for the IC license exam, small insurance firms that lack in-house training programs, and agents who wish to refresh or update their knowledge of non-life insurance concepts.
Is LearnInsure an official IC exam provider or certifying body?
No. LearnInsure is not affiliated with or accredited by the Insurance Commission and does not issue certifications. It serves as a supplementary training tool to help individuals prepare for the IC exam or refresh their knowledge and skills as insurance agents.
Where do the learning materials come from?
The LearnInsure platform offers learning materials or course modules that follow a textbook-style format, similar to content found on eLearning platforms, to present clear and logical explanations of essential insurance and non-life insurance concepts. Each course modules were developed using information based on books, informative videos, and reliable online resources in partnership with a small insurance firm.
All materials were carefully adapted into interactive lessons with short exercises, quizzes, and real-life scenarios to make studying more engaging and practical. This approach helps trainees not only understand the concepts but also see how they apply in real insurance situations.

How do I access LearnInsure?
You need to create your own learner account by clicking the "Create Account" button in the upper-right corner of the menu bar. After creating an account, click the "Sign in" button in the menu bar and enter your registered email and password in the login form. You will also need to accomplish a 2FA verification before fully logging in to the LearnInsure system.

How do I enroll in courses in the LearnInsure platform?
Enrolling in a course on LearnInsure is quick and easy. Just follow these steps:
- Explore Courses: Click the "Explore" tab at the top menu or the link in the footer to browse available courses.
- Search: Use the search bar to find specific courses by topic or keyword.
- Filter: Narrow down your choices by duration or by recently added courses.
- Enroll:
- Select the course you want to join.
- Click the "Enroll" or "Join Course" button.
- Confirmation: A message will appear once enrollment is successful, and the course will be added to your "My Learning" section.
Reminder: Only Active courses can be enrolled in. If a course is marked Inactive, please request activation from the admin.
How do I become a LearnInsure Instructor?
If you want to apply to become a LearnInsure Instructor, you can use the "Contact Page" to send a message to the LearnInsure team. You can also directly send an email to the team via learninsure.official@gmail.com or learninsure.support@gmail.com.
Take note that it will take time to reply to your emails especially during peak hours, but rest assured that the LearnInsure team will get back to you with further details!
How long does it take to complete the training?
It depends on your pace. On average, it takes 1–2 weeks with 30–45 minutes of daily study. Some complete it in a day. All modules are self-paced.
Can I go back and review previous modules?
Yes. All completed modules remain accessible for review and practice anytime.
Is my progress saved automatically?
Yes. Progress is automatically saved, allowing learners to continue where they left off.
